Regional Business Manager ? Sales | TCH Resource Inc.

Resource, Inc., an industry leader in Consumer Products Executive Search since 1981,has been engaged to assist in the search for a Regional Business Manager for a categoryleading CPG manufacturing company with well known retail brands. Our client is a $2billion sales Global company whose U.S. sales have grown rapidly over the past 5 years.
General Summary

This individual is charged with the responsibility to meet the sales and profit plan within theassigned geography?CA,OR,WA,NV,CO,AZ,ID, NM,WY. Excellent broker managementexperience is required for this opportunity.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Manage and motivate a multi-market and channel broker team so that the company?s position inthis highly competitive category is optimized.

2. Partner with brokers to develop & execute trade marketing programs to include scheduling howfunds will be allocated.

3. Consistently achieve sales goals and profitability while operating within budgetary constraints.

4. Develop & achieve accurate rolling forecasts to optimize production planning.

5. Stay totally current on product knowledge and brand initiatives and make certain customers andbrokers receive and understand this knowledge.

6. Stay abreast and report all competitive activity and recommend appropriate response.

Position Requirements

1. BS/BA Degree is required with MBA preferred.

2. Significant broker management experience is required.

3. Experience selling into Grocery channel required with Specialty Channel experience desired.

4. Category management experience is a plus.

5. Experience developing accurate rolling forecasts is necessary.

6. Must have excellent personal presentation skills.
Compensation

Salary up to $120,000 with a 50% target bonus plus company car and all car expenses. Our client hasan excellent benefits plan. This is a home office position.
