Job description
This individual will be the Finance representative and will be responsible for managing the financial forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
??Forecasting profitability and cash flow
??Managing the annual budgeting process and budget data
??Prepare GAAP financial statements
??Analysis of variances and balances for month-end reporting
??Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and reporting performance vs. budget
??Creating financial models

Who we are looking for
QUALIFICATIONS:
??BS/BA in accounting or finance
??Minimum 5 years working in Financial Planning and Analysis.
??Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
??Expertise in forecasting financial statements
??Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models
??Building and reporting operational metrics to track key business drivers
??Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
