WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

• Bring your expertise to participate in the business analysis and design strategy including assessing the current solution and other solutions
• In this role you will develop the next phase requirements for the organization
• Work with the technical team to perform functional testing
• Bring your skills to ensure the system is compliant with CMS standards and meets regulations and standards
• Bring your ability to document the solution and train coworkers for on-going maintenance
• Bring your ability to work on complex, change-oriented projects with other motivated team members
• In this role you will be responsible for assessing, designing, developing and implementing the client?s repository

This would be your initial assignment for Full Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC. Employment with us means a competitive salary + paid OT, PTO, holidays.

We offer W-2 hourly contract and full time benefits are available.

This is a 12 month role with possible extensions.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Required Skills:

• In this role you will be responsible for assessing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing the client?s repository
• Your demonstrated ability to provide business requirements and on-going support of the client?s repository system
• Your demonstrated expertise to lead the business requirements and help with the design of all system and database changes
• Your ability to coordinate with business and leadership staff, technical analysts and .NET developers for implementations and your ability to articulate the use of EHR technology to all stakeholders
• In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the system is functioning properly including all batch interfaces with the CMS repository
• Bring your expertise with XML transaction sets
• Bring your basic understanding of .NET technology and entity data framework
• Demonstrated experience working on repositories (SLR) or National Level Repository (NLR)

• Your understanding of modern/agile IT development lifecycle processes including development and testing

• Medicaid and Medicare experience with focus on SLR and related business rules and policies and processes
• Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience
• Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
• Medicaid operations experience
• Public sector and/or academic environment experience

Required Education:

• Bachelor?s degree in a technical, business, or field. Master?s degree is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

?

• Microsoft .NET/SQL Server and/or related Microsoft Technology Certification preferred
